1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We offer Standard Shipping across all serviceable areas.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, regional logistics disruptions, or high order volumes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. The Aira Store is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs incurred due to invalid address details will be the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package or item is damaged, email us within 24 to 48 hours at support@theairastore.com with photos/videos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with household members or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, reach out to support@theairastore.com and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
